Begin Again at Fairmont Windsor Park

 

Winter is a natural time to slow down and reset. The Windsor Retreat is a three day experience focused on yoga, meditation and whole body wellbeing. With only 18 guests, the retreat offers personal guidance, space to breathe and time to reconnect. Set besides Windsor Great Park, it is designed to help you step away from daily demands and return feeling grounded, clear and renewed.

 

 


 

 

YOUR JOURNEY

 

Friday, 30 January

Arrive in the afternoon and settle into your room overlooking our parkland estate.

At 5:30pm, begin with a gentle restorative yoga session to unwind from travel and arrive fully, flowing seamlessly into sound healing and guided meditation with breathwork.

In the evening, connect with fellow practitioners over an exquisite group dinner in Il Giardino.

 

Saturday, 31 January

Start the day with sunrise yoga as the park comes to life. Morning practice focuses on movement and breath to set a calm, steady tone for the day.

After breakfast, experience cryotherapy, followed by a mindful walk through the Savill Gardens.

The afternoon includes another yoga session with intention setting meditation. The Natura Bissé Taste the Science experience awaits after for you to explore the connection between skin health and wellbeing. Dinner follows, with time to relax and connect.

 

Sunday, 1 February

The final morning begins with sunrise yoga and a nourishing lunch after where you build your own wellness bowl. The afternoon is free to enjoy the thermal spa facilities. Spa treatments are available at 50 percent off if you wish to extend your relaxation.

Members Day – Friday, 30 January

Spa members may join for a curated single-day experience. This will include breakfast followed by a 75-minute yoga session, a 60 minute sound bath, brunch in Greens, guided meditation and breathwork and the Natura Bisse Taste the Science experience. Champagne is then served to close the day.

All Levels Welcome

The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Options and adjustments are always offered.

 

Solo or Shared

Many guests attend on their own. The small group setting makes it easy to connect while still having personal space.

 

What to Bring

Comfortable yoga clothing, layers and a journal if you wish. Mats and all equipment are provided.

 

Your Time

The schedule is structured but relaxed. There is time to rest, explore or simply be still.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. All levels are welcome.

 

Can I attend one day only?

The full retreat is a three-day experience. Spa members may attend the Friday Members Day.

 

Can dietary needs be accommodated?

Yes. All dietary requirements can be catered to with advanced notice.

 

What is included in the price? 

Accommodation, meels, yoga, meditation, sound bath, spa access, cryotherapy and scheduled experiences. Spa treatments are discounted but not included.

 

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. Subject to availability. Please contact reservations.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Meet Your Teacher

Julie Ewald | Identity Yoga

Julie Ewald joins us from New York’s Hudson Valley. She is a highly respected yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training and more than ten years of teaching experience. Her background includes Iyengar yoga, power yoga, and study with leading teachers around the world.

Julie has owned two yoga studios and worked with students at every stage of practice. Her teaching is thoughtful, encouraging, and precise. She helps students build strength, find ease, and reconnect with both body and mind.
