Join us on Friday, 6th June at 6pm for an exclusive evening preview event of The Macallan Tasting Room. Renowned worldwide for rare and luxurious single malt whiskies born from a mastery of wood and spirit, The Fairmont Windsor Park are unveiling a new tasting experience, in partnership with The Macallan.

The event begins with a champagne reception, followed by a guided whisky tasting hosted by The Macallan Brand Ambassador, and a specially crafted four-course dinner by renowned Chef Tim Sheed.

Discover rare single malts, including the latest limited-edition release and conclude with a final dram of The Macallan Rare Cask 2023. Held at 1215 Restaurant, this one-off experience is priced at £110 per person.
