Surrey & Berkshire’s most anticipated new restaurant and bar opens late spring at Fairmont Windsor Park. Modern European cooking rooted in classical technique, an open kitchen with a charcoal robata grill, a raw bar, tableside tartare and a dessert trolley that finds you later in the meal.
