Treehouse Suites

Fairmont Windsor Park has four Treehouse Suites set in woodland on the hotel’s 40-acre estate, beside Windsor Great Park. Each suite is about 109m² and sleeps four, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a private terrace with a hot tub. A dedicated buggy takes you between the suite and the hotel, spa and restaurants. Rates vary by date and are shown when you check availability.

The suite

Each Treehouse Suite is a self-contained stay.

You have two bedrooms (two king beds, or one king and twins), two luxury bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room built for a full evening in. The terrace sits in the woodland and has its own hot tub. Selected suites are dog-friendly.

Breakfast is in the hotel, or delivered as a hamper. In-suite dining and a dedicated concierge come with the suite. High-speed Wi‑Fi and a television are there if you want them.

On the estate

The four suites sit together in a small woodland off the main drive, a short buggy ride from the house. You are on the same grounds as the spa, the restaurants and Windsor Great Park — not a separate site.

Check-in is at the hotel; staff take you on to the suite.

Who it suits

Families, couples, friends or anyone who wants the hotel’s service without sleeping in the main building. It is a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen and a terrace.
