1215 Restaurant

Set on our south lawn overlooking a private terrace and manicured gardens, 1215 is Fairmont Windsor Park’s 3 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant. It is an intimate and beautiful setting where guests indulge in exceptional cuisine crafted from ingredients grown in our very own walled garden and sourced from The Royal Farms and local Windsor artisans.

As we continue to celebrate the seasons, 1215 will evolve this November with a new pop-up dining experience, Il Giardino at 1215, bringing the warmth and generosity of Italian cooking to our elegant surroundings. 1215 remains open and serving our British fine dining menu until 12 November 2025.

The menu highlights house-made pastas, vibrant crudi, and dishes that honour the whole ingredient, from nose to tail and root to flower. Each plate is crafted with precision, seasonality, and a touch of Italian allure.
