Heathrow is thirty minutes from the estate. Central London, a little over an hour. Our private car service connects guests to both airports and to the city in a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class, with a driver who knows the roads and the value of a quiet ride.

 

Transfers are arranged through the Concierge team and can be booked ahead of arrival or during your stay.

 

 

 

The Vehicles

 

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is available for up to two passengers. It takes two large suitcases and a hand luggage piece in the boot, with space for a cabin bag beside the front passenger seat.

 

For larger groups or those travelling with more luggage, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to six passengers and carries three large bags and two cabin bags. With fewer passengers, there is room for more.

All airport collection rates include parking and, where applicable, congestion charge fees. Drop-off rates include all relevant airport charges.

Please note: rates for Windsor and Ascot do not apply during Ascot Race Week.

 

 

 

The Service

 

For airport collections, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals terminal holding a Fairmont Windsor Park sign. From there, he will escort you directly to the vehicle. Parking and congestion charges are included in all collection rates; airport drop-off charges are included on departures.

 

Heathrow transfers typically take under an hour each way. Gatwick journeys may take up to two hours depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. Our Concierge team will advise on departure times when you book.

 

The service runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday transfers can be arranged on request. Please speak with the Concierge team about Sunday requirements.

 

 

Reservations

All transfers should be booked at least 36 hours in advance. To make a reservation, please provide our Concierge team with the following:

 

Guest name

Date of travel

Airport and terminal

Flight number and estimated arrival time

Number of passengers and pieces of luggage

 

A confirmation will follow once availability is secured. If you need a vehicle at short notice during your stay, please ask at Reception and we will do what we can.
