Travelling with Pets at Fairmont Windsor Park
Dogs are welcome at Fairmont Windsor Park. To make sure every guest — two-legged and four — has a comfortable stay, we ask that all pet owners read the following before arrival.
Rooms
Pets are accommodated in our Fairmont King, One Bedroom Terrace Suite, and Double Double with Terrace room types. A £50 deep cleaning fee applies per pet, per stay. On arrival, your dog will be settled in with a fresh pet bed, food and water bowls, a packet of dog food, and spring water.
Pets are limited to a maximum of two dogs per party, and the hotel accommodates up to eight pets per day, so we recommend booking early.
Pet Requirements
Dogs must be no larger than a fully grown Labrador and no heavier than 35kg. They must be fully house trained and at least six months of age.
On the Lead
Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times within the hotel and on hotel grounds, except when in your room.
Where Dogs Are Welcome
Your dog is welcome to join you in the Lobby Lounge, the outside terrace, and 1215 Bar. Pets are not permitted in dining areas, the Spa, or the Wellness Centre. Registered guide dogs are welcome throughout all public spaces, dining, and wellness facilities.
Leaving Your Dog in the Room
Dogs must not be left unattended in your room. Should you need housekeeping, please contact Royal Service (dial 0 from your room phone) to arrange a convenient time — a member of the team will only enter when you or a pet-sitter is present.
Out on the Grounds
Please clean up after your dog on hotel property and in the surrounding neighbourhood. Bags are available from the door team, and a bin can be found near the valet car park.
