   CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

 

What time is check-in and check-out?
We welcome you to arrive as early as you wish, though we cannot guarantee your room will be ready until after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

 

Can I request an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. Please contact the hotel directly ahead of your arrival, and we will be delighted to assist with any arrangements.

 

Can I request a late check-out?
Late check-out is also subject to availability on the day of your departure. Should we be able to accommodate your request, additional charges may apply. Kindly contact the hotel on the morning of your departure, and our team will do their utmost to assist.

 

Is there a minimum stay during the festive period?
Yes. From 24th – 31st December, a two-night minimum stay applies to all double-double rooms and suites.

 


   ROOM PREFERENCES & UPGRADES

 

How can I make a special request (e.g., extra bed, double bed)?
If you have any special requests, please include them in the “Additional Details and Preferences” field during the final step of your reservation. All requests are subject to availability. Alternatively, feel free to contact our Reservations Team for further assistance.

 

Can I add special festive touches to my room?
Yes. Guests may add a decorated in-room Christmas tree as an enhancement. This is complimentary for Signature Suite bookings.

What is included in my festive stay?
All festive stays include breakfast daily. On Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, breakfast is transformed into a jazz brunch with live music and seasonal dishes. Guests also enjoy access to the hotel’s festive programme including Santa’s visit, carol singers, family activities, and seasonal dining.

Can I upgrade my room or package?
We are happy to offer room or package upgrades upon request and payment, subject to availability. Please reach out to our Reservations Team for more information on how we can make your stay even more memorable.

 


   DINING AND RESERVATIONS

 

Are festive dining reservations required?
Yes. Reservations are essential and strongly advised for all festive dining experiences due to high demand.

What are the dining options on Christmas Eve?
Seasonal menus will be served in Moreish, 1215, Sushi & Whiskey Bar, and 1215 Bar.

What are the dining options on Christmas Day?

  • Moreish – Buffet lunch with festive favourites (£195 per adult, £95 per child ages 3–12, under 3 free).

  • 1215 – Prix fixe Christmas lunch (£150 per adult, ages 12+ only).

  • Evening – Moreish serves a relaxed seasonal dinner; 1215 Bar offers cocktails and light meals.
    Please note: Christmas Day lunches are for hotel residents only and must be booked in advance.

What happens on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day?
Both days begin with a joyful jazz brunch at Moreish, featuring live music and seasonal dishes. Advance reservations are required. These brunches are included for hotel residents.

What are the dining options on New Year’s Eve?

  • Moreish – Dinner buffet with entertainment (£195 per person, ages 12+).

  • 1215 – Elegant multi-course dinner (£115 per person, ages 12+).

  • Ballroom Gala Dinner – Black-tie event including sparkling wine on arrival, four-course dinner, wine, midnight champagne toast, and live entertainment (£285 per person, ages 18+).
    All New Year’s Eve dining is for hotel residents only and must be booked in advance.

 

Do Gala Dinner guests receive a room discount?
Yes. Guests attending the Gala Dinner receive 20% off the best available room rate for New Year’s Eve when booking directly with the hotel.

 

Can you cater to dietary requirements?
We take pride in accommodating the culinary needs of our guests. Kindly inform our Reservations Team of any dietary requirements, and we will ensure that your dining experience is carefully tailored to your preferences. Most health or allergy-related dietary requests can be catered to with prior notice.

 


   SPA & WELLNESS

 

What are the opening hours of the Spa and Wellness Centre?

  • Spa Facilities:
    • Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
    • Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Fitness Facilities: Open 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

 

Can I access the spa facilities before check-in?
Access to our spa facilities is available from the time of check-in until check-out. Unfortunately, early access prior to check-in cannot be offered. Entry is via key card and special terms and conditions apply.

 

Is the spa open during the festive period?
Yes. Guests can enjoy the spa facilities throughout the festive season. Advance reservations are recommended for treatments.

Is the wellness café open?
Yes. Greens Café will be open daily with its wellness-focused menu, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

 


   RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Can I cancel or change my reservation once it has been made?

  • Christmas Packages: Special terms and conditions apply, and bookings cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Flexible Rate: Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided during the booking process.
  • Advance Saver Rates: Special terms and conditions apply, and these bookings cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

 


   PARKING & TRANSFERS

 

Can I park my car at the hotel?
We are pleased to offer a secure car park and valet service for our guests. Upon arrival, please drive to the front of the hotel, and our team will be delighted to assist you.

 

Do you arrange airport or train transfers?
We work with a trusted local Executive Car Service to provide transport for our guests. Please let the Reservations Team know if you require assistance, and we will arrange it for you.

 


   FAMILY-FRIENDLY SERVICES

 

Can I have interconnecting rooms?
Interconnecting rooms can be requested at the time of booking. Please note that both rooms need to be reserved, and while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Can I have a cot/crib in my room when travelling with children?
We provide cots for children under the age of three and will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Please notify the Reservations Team at the time of booking.

 

Are children allowed in the pool?
Children under the age of 18 are welcome to use our indoor pool during designated swim times, which vary depending on the date. Pre-booking is required for swim slots, and children must always be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the Reservations Team for more information.

 

Are children allowed in the restaurants?
Children are welcome in our family-friendly restaurant, MOREISH, throughout your stay. However, please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our fine dining restaurant, 1215, which offers a sophisticated atmosphere for an adult dining experience.

 

What family activities are available?

  • Santa’s Grotto on Christmas Day (12pm – 3pm).

  • Daily hot chocolate & s’mores on the terrace (20 Dec – 1 Jan, 3–4pm).

  • Meet Santa’s reindeer (24 Dec, 3–6pm).

  • Puppet shows, cookie decorating, Toylander rides, and pony experiences throughout the season.

  • Family New Year’s Eve Disco in the lobby lounge (31 Dec, 9pm – 1am).

 

Will there be carol singers?
Yes. Carol singers perform on Christmas Eve from 3pm – 6pm.

Can I enjoy festive walks?
Yes. Guests are encouraged to enjoy Christmas and Boxing Day countryside walks in the parkland surrounding the hotel.

 


   PET POLICY

 

Can I bring my pet?
Fairmont Windsor Park is a pet-friendly hotel. A supplementary fee of £50 per stay applies, and we strive to make both you and your furry companions feel at home. Special terms and conditions, as well as hotel restrictions, do apply. Please contact us for further details.

 


   DRESS CODE

 

Does Fairmont Windsor Park have a dress code?
While we do not enforce a formal dress code, we suggest smart casual attire to enhance the refined atmosphere of our hotel. Guests are encouraged to dress in a manner that reflects the elegant setting of Fairmont Windsor Park.

 

 


EVENT QUESTIONS

 

What is the dress code for the Gala Dinner?
Black tie. The drinks reception begins at 7:00pm, dinner at 7:45pm, and dancing continues until 1:00am.

Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. Please advise us of dietary requirements and main course selections in advance for Gala and dining events.

Are children welcome at all events?
Children are welcome at Moreish buffet events, brunches, and family activities. The Ballroom Gala Dinner is for ages 18+ only.
